Chef Đạt Huỳnh was born and raised in Vietnam, where he grew up in a traditional family with a deep passion for food from an early age. As a child, he was fascinated by family meals—simple yet rich in the flavors of his homeland. Whether it was going to the market with his mother, listening to his grandmother share stories about traditional dishes, or the bustling days of Vietnamese festivals filled with special foods, these experiences ignited in Dat Huynh a deep love for cuisine.
After many years of learning and honing his craft, Chef Dat decided to introduce Vietnamese cuisine to the world. With the principle of preserving traditional flavors while continuously innovating, he has modernized many Vietnamese dishes, yet kept their authentic essence. Dishes such as Pho, Banh Mi, Goi Cuon, and Bun Bo Hue, new trends in cuisine. under his skilled hands, are not only delicious but also culinary works of art.
